Hey thanks guys, Yeah i love the look of all the pink coralline, unfortunatly, a few weeks before this pic was taken I rescaped all of the rock work, I had some small astrenia stars on a few pieces of rock, and when I moved the rock around I apparently spread the stars around with them (they used to stay in one section of the tank) but now they are all over and had multiplied, 100 fold, so they are all over the place, by the way did I metion that they ate all of my coralline algae:thumpdown:, turning almost all of it white (leaving little white spots where they were munching), that combined with a bad alk test kit (alk level at about 3dkh) when I thought it was at about 8 led to the loss of most of my coralline that I had worked so hard to get. But anyways my alks back up to the levels I like and my coralline is slowly coming back, slowly!!, but I still have all these **** stars in the tank, Hopefully my local fish store will have a halequin shrimp in stock when I go this weekend so I can get rid of these guys

(Im almost embarassed to show a pic of what my tank looks like now, but I'll get a recent one up eventually, rookie mistake #1 :bawling:)

PhilV: where in the area do you live?

Krazy: I hardly ever touch the back glass of my tank, I used to get some algae on it and it would build up over time and I would usually clean it off every 6 months, about 6 months ago I added phosphate reactor to the tank, and havn't had any algae on it since.
