i just set up my new tank 50 gallon cube . it have been running around 2 week, can you guys give me some ideal about it, because i new in saltwater tank and reef

Whats your equipment? So far it looks like you are on a right start. Just sit back and let the tank cycle. let it get dirty for a few weeks.

Get yourself a Saltwater Master Test kit from API and watch the levels, once everything is within spec start adding fish and coral.

i using mac 6 skimmer, phosban 150, return pump rio 3000. yes i bought those and the red sea pro for alk, mg and calcium. do you how long to get the tank cycle. do i have water change for everyweek or what ? when i do water change do i need to add more bacteria

Hello and welcome! the cycle will be about 3-5 weeks. Your bacteria will grow as your bio load grows. You do not need to replenish the water with bacteria when completing a water change. You should change about 20% bi-weekly or 10% weekly.
