That all depends on what you want to do and how big a tank you're going to have. The more info you can give on what your goals are the better advice you'll get. Welcome aboard

Agree....with what already was said by the members. Tank size, what type of corals are you planning to have? Most of all what are you going to budget for? Consider how serious and how much patient will you have for this hobby! Will dictate your passion and success in having a beautiful and healthy reef aquarium.

wow i love to see this community so friendly thats awesome and honestly im like super new lol i wanted to start with a 20 gallon tank but i dont have anything yet i wanted to do a frag tank and make my coral "pretty" with some growth as well but focusing on the beauty and colors. What kind you may ask um like i said i dont know a lot but a thing there called sps corals and other ones as well but when i went and looked at a few my friend said thats waht they where call "noob" i know lol.

Hey im just getting into the hobby and would love some advice on what lights and pumps i should use anyting would be great.
Get out b4 u get in. Don't get addicted like the rest of us nerds. This hobby is to d** expensive. There's the best advice I can give u
