Looks like a forktail blenny
Fyi I think I read that they are venomous.

Its a fang tooth blenny. They have many varieties so I'm not sure which one this is but they all have that same shape. Many different colors and really cool fish IMO. I have 2 different ones in my tank. Very active and fun to watch. They are venomous as they have a small fang ( thus the name) but their mouth is so small they don't pose any real danger to you. Looks like you got a beauty.

Yup. I've read that Fang Tooth Blenny's are venomous... Care when working on your tank!
