Tank is 96x36x14 (about 200g). I have plenty of light fixtures but I might end up doing 3 A500x’s with Reefbrites. I’m going to use my current 48x24x12 frag tank as a refugium and I have an 80g pond/ bin that’ll use for the sump. I don’t know if I can fit all that underneath. This will be a slow build since I can’t move this by myself and my 5 month old takes up most of my time.

My first step is to flip the tank so I can clean it.

Nice tank.....will it be in the garage ? It can be really hot in IE during the summer...

Thanks! Yes, it will be in the garage. I have a 60g frag tank that’s been running over a year in the garage with no temp issues. I am running a 1/3hp chiller and I put an AC unit in the wall for my birds. The garage is halfway insulated just gotta finish it

Ok so… turns out I’m going to have 2 builds happening simultaneously. Just picked up a water box 150g peninsula so my current 60g display (36x24x16) will become my sump along with my current 48x24x12 frag tank as my refugium. Unless I can find a 36x72x16 sump.

No. This will be it’s own set up and I just picked up a 150g for inside the house.

My Tank Build
Nice craftmanship. Is it going to be a frag tank?
