Par Meter

Okay I am beside myself with why my sps is not coloring up. I need to start looking at one thing at a time. First thing I would like to look at is my light. I have 250W Radium bulb with galaxy ballast. I want to see if someone out there have a Par meter I can borrow for like 30 min. I live in Irvine and would really appreciate if some one can be kind enough to help me solving my problem. Please if you have a par meter can I borrow it for like literally half hour. I will return it the same day. Thanks in advance.

I have a 300 gal DT with only 3 250 w MH running radium. My tanks is 30" tall and I have no problems with my lighting. I can tell you that I only run my light for 7 hours a day. I find that running my light less and have good water quality works.
