hey, just took some pics tonight everyone, thought it still looked good. All that bare aquascape on top is where all my acros USED to be. Let me know what you think. Oh yeah, please don't mind any dead, dying, or brown out acros!

Thanks! :D I do appreciate the comment about the aquascape. With such large fish I had to make enough room for them to swim in the aquascape, not just around it. Took some thought and time to get it right.

You sure did loose a lot of your acro's , any idea what caused your loss? Has to be heart breaking. Tank still looks awesome though.

also do you still have any clams for sale?

hey doe, long time no speak. dude, these clams are super health. i might think about letting one go. pm me.

thanks brstwv. i am running 4 x 250w DE 14K mix (2xhammy, 2xphoenix) and in the main hood also 4 x 96w PC (2xblue 03, 2xblue 7100k). although I don't run the PCs most of the time when the haildes are on.

sure do Mac. he's really cool but needs to be hand fed with the pirhanas in my tank, lol. i'll post a few more when i get home, so really good ones too that make him look like some mid-evil dragon or something.

Mac, the tank is built by Midwest Custom Aquariums (great place) and is a standard 6x2x2 - 240g. This is my second tank with them, my last was 180. I also have a high flow sump and gravity-fed refugium.

thanks a bunch primtime! glad to see everyone still think it looks good. when you loose corals and look it every day it looses a little bit. the fish make the tank, all male anthias not sure of all the names though of the top of my head - they're all different.

thanks nick! has to be open for these big fish!

Oh wow, very nice.

What's up with the lights? Is it because of the heat that you removed the canopy?

Beautiful tank Acropora. I love all the fish. My goal for my 300 is to have a huge bioload :D

Can you provide some info on your system? I also have a 6' tank but 3' wide. I am trying to decide whether the Dart return plus a Tunze Wavebox is enough flow or if I need to add more Tunze Streams. Trying to avoid that as much as possible. Also, do you think the Crosshatch pair is too big for a tank that size b/c I would love to get a pair. Thanks.
