Hey I hear people talk alot about pods in there tank. Who has the best prices on pods? and with so many different types what does everyone recommend?

Different copepods will naturally populate your tank with the addition of live rock and macroalgae. But if you want to add some hit up one of our sponsors. They will help you out.

Copepods are beneficial for certain hard to keep fish like Mandarin gobies and certain wrasses. If you don't have either they ate certainly not a necessity in a reef.

I personally recommend Tiggerpods from Reef Nutrition and Reefbugs(they come in a little box and you premix them with water to hatch them) I love the growth of these critters for their detritus eating abilities and they are just cool. Also if you ever get a wild caught fish you will have better chances of having him survive. Good luck!
