These are the worst thing to have in ur tank. I know I had them in my last tank.

They only feed on crustations, clams, snails, crabs
I fought them for 6 months with no crustations in the tank and still had them after 4 months with no food for them. I ended up taking the tank down and drying out every thing. I killed all the corals and live rock. I did not want to transfer these things around. They r a nightmare. Please don't trade with any one for a while u need to put ur tank in qt.

How to bait and catch them.

Things u need live rock piece, fishing line lone enough to go to bottom of tank and stay out of water, and a piece of shrimp from market.
After ur lights go out tie a piece of shrimp to the live rock and drop it to the bottom. About half way through the night check the shrimp with a flashlight. Be fast to. These thing move quick.

Coral dips won't kill polyclad flatworms, not even flatworm exit will. The only thing I've found that kills them is Bauer insect killer. There not really a flatworm but more of a nudibranch. I caught one eating my clam and kept it to see what kills it. I even tosted it in the microwave. The only stuff that killed it was insect killer.

They don't attack corals. I've fould them as small as a raisin in my old tank. If ur finding empty snail shells then u have a huge problem. If the markings are the same then that's them. I haven't found another pest that like almost like these. I study them for half a year.

In simple ur f*****!

Any update? Have u tried fishing for these?

I see you posting stuff for sale/trade. I think you should make sure you don't have a polyclad flatworm problem first. I know I dealt with them for a year. They were the worst pest u could possibly get In a reef tank. They will eat all the snails, crabs, shrimp, clams. I couldn't have a clean up crew in my last tank cause of the polyclad flatworm. I would really hate to see these pests transferred around cause some one was ignorant and didn't want to listen to a long time hobbyist.
