That's cause you suck at this. But yumas need super tight alk to be happy. I've noticed they do better in the 7.1-8.3 range. I've had the same one for 4 years, it never grows.

How high is you alkalinity? It needs to Stay tight.

Is it a recent addition to the tank? Mine will get small either because:

1) Did not light acclimate it
or
2) Rarely feed it
or
3) Bought it when it was sick
I noticed that if you buy a sick yuma, it's a gamble. Ricordeas on the other hand are pretty darn tough.
