Need to drill a hole in the left one to put a float valve for my ro/di. I will control that with a ball valve going to my ro/di unit. So when the container get to around 20g, I'll come out and open up the ball valve and let the 65g container fill up. I need to add a heater to the salt mixing container. Also I need to run electricity to the shed for lights and for the pump.

If it's not too late, I'd put the container on the wall on the right or left towards the front. That way you can still stack stuff behind it. Where it's at now, if you put stuff in front, you'll be move stuff to get water.

The shed is primarily for my tank. I have an attic access in my garage where I store all my crud. The only junk in the shed will be fish stuff.

Like I said, once all that fish stuff start accumulating up front, it'll be a pain to get water in the back. Nonetheless, looks good.

So what day of the week can I plan on picking up my water?
Bring me some frags, and you can come any time any day. Lol

Hey mark u notice anything good/bad with that acro power? I was thinking of ordering some soon. I'm running low on my Elos amino acids. Figured it would be a good test to go strait into the acro power and see if I notice any difference.

All u darn reefers love nit picking. Lol

I had it setup this way in my other shed. Never had any issues. The shed is 7'x7'.

Mike do u have any water change system setup? Or just a trash can on wheels?

Been gone for a week or so and returning home tomorrow so I haven't dosed for almost 10,days and a have only been trying it out for a few weeks before that so it's difficult/impossible to tell if it has any impact. On RC , guys seem to use it for a day or two and then report great polyp extension, color and growth. So there is lots of hype on acropower and I truly have no idea if it is an asset or not. Would love it if it had dramatic super, powers because it is inexpensive and easy to add, but hey how many super powered hyped items have truly worked out. So need to find out if locals are using it and hear their response, I'll open a thread on it

Just trying to help a brother out. My mixing station is a trashcan on wheels. When I change water out, I roll my trash can to the front door and pump the water in.

you should secure those elevated water water containers with water heater straps, the question is, what are you gonna secure them to? Why did even elevate them? just use the dc pump bc waiting for gravity sucks.

And now you have a large system, why are you still messing with 5 gallon jugs? You should drill through that stucco and have an automated water change system. Im still seeing small tank mentality.

Once you have an automated system down youll likely use a lot more salt, so stock up on that IO. Its like when you reload ammo, you tend to shoot more. The coral will thank you for it.

I will be having an auto water change system. Read the thread amigo!!

And My gf has a nano tank in her office and turning pumps on is a headache for a girl. Turning a valve is no problem. She takes ro/di for her tank and salt water for water changes.

Plus now I can store things under the water containers.
