back to normal

Man Nick after seeing your WC station I had to redo mines with some ideas from this thread
Nice. Let's see a pic.

That's why I post all this crap. Hopefully other people will see and get some ideas. I have so many darn hours just in researching how to setup my mixing station. Hopefully when everything is 100% done it will all be worth it. Waiting to get my new eb8 that I will have mounted inside the shed and just need to hook up my water change pump

Just ordered a Pm2, break out box, 3 horizontal float switches, and a temp probe. Gunna set up my apex to auto fill my ro/di reservoir. Also gunna add a float switch in my saltwater bin. That way if it's ever empty, my auto water change will shut down. Also gunna use the apex to monitor temp inside my saltwater bin. That way if it's ever too hot/cold, I can stop my water change until temp is corrected.

How are you attaching a float switch inside your RO/DI bin? I've been wanting to do the same thing with my ATO container, but haven't found anything to attach it from the inside. I have a tube holder that attaches with a magnet, but it would rust inside.

If u want a stand alone unit, check this out
http://autotopoff.com/custom/

It's the double horizontal float switch controlled with latching. Turns on when bottom float switch is on and turns off when top float switch is on. I was gunna go that route, then I decided I would be fancy and have my apex control it. I already have an eb8 in my shed...shoot that was the hardest part.

Ah. I just need to find a way to mount the float switch to the bottom of my ATO container though.

Just drill a 3/4" hole in the side of the container. There's a gasket and nut so it won't leak.
He probably can't reach inside the tank. I know I can't, 66" tall with an 8" round cap. I had the bulkheads installed by the manufacture, they use a long extension the tighten the BH's.
