couldn't agree more both good dudes and I doubt nor was I trying to say they bend rules, in fact I bet its literally too much work (especially unpaid/rewarded) to catch every violator on this forum, especially when you constantly post jesse and keep them busy LOL

both the two active mods are awesome and have no idea why they do it for free, yet truly appreciate it
I do it to give you some quality content to read on your down time from dealing with those hundreds of customers and squashing all those water bugs. lmao...kidding kidding...i should post a disclaimer...for anyone reading this, JAYSON DOES NOT HAVE HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS..HAHAHAHAHAAHA...KIDDING KIDDING..NO WATER BUGS OF COURSE ; p
But all kidding aside, I think we need more mods since the number of members trying to bend the rules doesn't seem to be subsiding in the least.

it was a potato bug, keep it straight, I almost died LMAO

We for sure need more mods, problem is we don't have many people that want the responsibility, and even less qualified to have it

Won't go against anyone on this thread but all I will say is that I consider both mods, Chris and Jeff to be good friends of mine and even as such I feel I have to tell a story here. Both have reminded me of certain rules of this forum on several occasions. The last time being when I had posted a For sale Thread and I got a text from Chris informing me that it was my 4th for sale thread in the same month and he was going to delete it. I asked him if anyone had complained and that's why he was going to delete it and he said "no, but it's one of the forum rules" and although it may have bothered me a bit at first, I respected him so much more for it. I have similar stories from Jeff where he would text me to simply "knock it off" and then deleted my previous 104 posts talking ish to or about nick. lol. My point is that both mods may be my friends but not once have I seen favoritism displayed where they knowingly looked the other way to bend the rules of this forum in order to benefit one of their friends. They are both honest dudes....men of their word and their integrity should never be questioned..not by me or anyone else on this forum IMO.
And lastly, no, neither of them asked me to post this. I just feel that sometimes they get the short end of the tiny stick that sanh holds between his thighs and they are always fighting an uphill battle like sanh trying to keep sps in his current tank. THE END~
that little stick isnt so little when you walk bow legged

I can say that the marketplace is the hardest section to moderate. It makes it worse when someone get the 20 posts and boom starts selling like crazy. Although this isn't against the rules it is frowned upon. I feel that the post count should be increased like a lot of you do but its not my or Jeff's call. Wholesale flippers are an issue and when we find them out we do indeed ban them from using the marketplace. Its just not right or fair to the sponsors or the rest of the community. Garage sellers are the same. If your running a side business and we find out you will be banned from using the marketplace. For both sets of people if they continue to try and sell they will be banned from the forum. This is because the great sponsors we have pay good money to sell and advertise on the site and deserve to have us look out for their interests in this way. Is this going to become like RC? Never! That doesn't change the fact that if your caught doing these things we won't take action. So don't get upset when your found out. If a sponsor sees you at the wholesalers we will hear about it. Just man up and become a sponsor. Now as far as the sick fish or infected coral goes, if your dirty your going to get called out and that's the way it is. Don't come crying to me about it. Shame on those that do it even after you were told you had bugs but continued to sell anyway. You know who you are because you posted in this thread only you forgot to leave your number bro.

you forgot to leave your number..... had me laughing my a$$ off. I tried to tell him when he first join the forum not to be leaving his number all over the place because you never know who might end up with it and use it for whatever they like but he was always asking for people to call him lol. I like the 200 post minimum idea and also enforcing the 3 sales per month but we should always be dipping. I have given free dip solutions to people here. if you buy something you should dip it and if you don't have any dipping solution maybe ask some one here, there is always some one nearby willing to help.

I do feel that John chris and jeff do a outstanding job and are very fair Jeff does get a little delete happy ..J.K. Jeff ...all bs aside these guys do right by this forum and members and put up with a lot of ****. People need to realize that there are not many mods and way more members and if some one gets away with breaking the rules when you get caught don't cry about it but realize hey they caught me I broke the rules and be a man about it . the worst thing you can do when you get busted for breaking a rule is cry about it and post it for everyone to see. it just makes you look bad. More importantly do it in a pm
