Hey guys, quick question i just got a new skimmer a couple weeks back and now im having an issue where the bubbles aint poping in the collection cup and start comming out the lid. Heres a picture i found online of what mine looks like.

Was wondering what could be the issue with this going on. My Skimmer is a bubble magus Curve 7. i havent added anything to the water other than the 2 part i dose. I notice it does it alot more when i change out my Filter socks. But shouldnt the bubbles be poping in the cup and filling it not coming out the tham lid.

Thanks in advance.

take out the skimmer, and clean it... you see all of that brown in the cone..? that's build up... no bueno... it should be clear...

after doing that, tune it, and see if that fixed your problem...

ugh... i don't read....

so, how long have you had the skimmer... and i'm sure the tablet, phone or laptop you're on can take a picture.....take one...

Its like the bubbles are not poping in the cup but escaping it. but yet the cup is not filled. I tuned it down a bit before i left the house today so i will see if that helps when i get home.

Man for bubbles to be so strong they lift the lid like that is crazy. I second the water level. I have mine on the lowest setting in about 6" of water and it works great.
