Beautiful tank. Hooked it up with a bunch of frags recently and all were really healthy and doing great!

Curious if you’re doing water changes with the moonshiners method? I started on that a couple months ago but feel like water changes make it hard to know if I’m just throwing things out of balance from what corrections and dosing is recommended on the moonshiners method.

I don't do regular water changes. I usually do about 20% every 4 months.

What are you at for Nitrates and Phosphates? I've heard that new tanks should keep it low, so nuisance algae won't grow. But what about a fully packed and mature tank, I hear people run a lot higher.

I got my AquaBiomic test back a while ago. When I upgraded, I used half a bag of Ocean Direct sand and the live rock from my 20-gallon system. I dose Zeobak once a week. The test showed a mature reef.

Is the camera specifically to view the skimmer?

I can view most of the sump with it. I have a few other cameras on the system to be able to keep an eye on things.

Here are a few photos to show that the tank is still around and growing. I've replaced a few of the acros with different Tenuis frags. The coral colors are good, and growth requires constant fragging to prevent warfare.

This is the tank I am actually going to switch out with my 30g AIO. Probably after the OC show. I really like the layout of it. I am going to have it share the frag tank sump, so that will be less work.

Its a great tank. You get a lot for the money. The external overflow, low iron glass and extra bracing on the bottom are all great tank features.
