Tank got to 83 yesterday. Lots a frag so far. Ac struggled to keep the house at 84. House and tank currently back down to 78, but I can see it repeating again today .

What is the normal temp in your tank before it jump to 83?
Mine also 82.4 yesterday but I keep my tank at 80 in the summer so everything seem not effected when it hit 82.4. But scary though.

No big deal. I have back ups. I usually run around 78. Fan usually keeps it below 80 normally. I have a chiller that I can hook up if things get to hot.
Its got up to 120 degrees last week out here!!! Thankfully theres solar on the roof and a cool 74 degrees blowing through the vents. ??
Running four Hydras and two halides on the main tank. Two Kessils on the frag tank.
