T5 Bulb Problem

So I went and pick up some Giesemann bulb from chance, and got home to replace my old bulb. One of the old bulb is actually new from end of Sept, Giesemann super purple ( Purchase from MD.) So this is the second time I touch the bulb to change it to the 3rd row. So the metal thing that connect to the socket from the bulb is lose, and if I tightening it. It's in a different position then other side. Do Giesemann cover in warranty?

Bulb is purchase from MD, not Chance.

Sounds like a defective bulb and should be covered

huh that odd man idk maybe giesemann bulbs connection isnt take strong have you conpaired to ATI?? or when you put the bulb in the first time maybe you bent the little pin thats in the socket thats in there? does it look differeent than others

No, not the pin. It's the metal cap. One side is definitely stronger bonded.
