As if I could teach you anything...but here goes.

I have a 10x39watt fixture. 2 bulbs on for 12 hours and all 10 for 10 of those 12. So basically, 1 hour of 2x39w, then 10 hours of 10x39w, and finally 1 hour of 2x39w.

Did actinics for 13 hours and the other 4 for 5 hours. So 2 bulbs for 13 hours and 4 bulbs for 5 hours. Best coloration I ever had. ATI's are coral huggers.

If i turn on T5s at all 5 hours max, 2x 6" ATIs. LEDs up & down 15 hours. coral happy.

As im sure you know on the natural reef peek lighting even at the equator is approx 4hours per day, and with the changing sun angle & wave refraction prob less PAR/sq meter/hr than we think, but for our artificial boxes i suppose whatever grows goes.

When my tank was at it's peak with SPS, For my 8 bulb 54w ATI Powermodule, I ran my Dawn/Dusk (2 B+) from 1200 - 2100 then all 8 bulbs from 1400 - 2000.

Yep, too long for sure. 8 hours max for all bulbs. But for the corals you have right now, I would only do a max of 5 hours of all the bulbs on.
yeah i think so. i only had lights on for 4-5 hours
Well I've been ramping up to what my full light cycle would be according to my original thoughts so currently they're on for 8 hours for all bulbs and 4 hours with 2 bulbs...I guess I might keep it that way...kinda sucks because I really like looking at my tank. It drives me nuts on the weekdends waiting for the stinking lights to come on.

What happens if you run your lights too long? Not trying to be an ***, just curious what the visible effects would be.
corals are animals too they need to rest. not trying to be an @ss but how will you feel if i made you run for 12 hours a day with no rest?

I hate having to sleep. If it were up to me I'd have 2 hours of sleep a day (assuming my body and brain functioned well with that little). Sleeping is such a waste of time.
