After being away for about 5 years; I'm back! All it took was my kids wanting an 8 gallon freshwater tank. Now I'm setting up a 100 gallon SPS dominated tank. No pictures yet as I'm in the "sneak a purchase here and there" mode. It doesn't help that my wife is accountant with an auditor background. Anyway, I look forward to diving back into the greatest hobby there is.

The pictures will come very soon. I ordered my custom 34" tall custom unfinished oak stand yesterday. Once I'm done with the staining and sealing, I'll order the tank and set up the filtration and the lighting at that time. I want to set up the lighting, although I won't crank it up in the first couple of months while cycling the tank. I plan on 3 sols over a 100 gallon rimless by LeeMar. I have most of my equipment except for one sol module and a Tunze 6105 (going with 2) as well as misc items. Looking into a refuge light. Any suggestions? I'll be working on my DIY sump/refugium out of a 40 breeder I picked up a couple of months ago. Anyway, looking forward to being a reef addict again.

Welcome. I wouldn't run sols though. Save your money and get way better colors. Go t5 with some LED strips.

Your sps will thank you. LEDS are not what there hyped to be
