Looking for a nano-heater for a 1 gallon reef jar. Not sure if it needs to have some kind of thermostat, or if the always on variety would be safe. Open to suggestions.
Those little tiny ones that stay on would be fine. I've used them for Betta's. They won't go above 78. I do that rather than one you set. Plus they're only like 4".

Everything I've seen has terrible reliability reviews. My "tank" has less than one gallon, so a slight malfunction would be disastrous very quickly. I'm thinking a cheap temp controller might be the way to go.
