Trip on this BTA

Have you ever seen this before????

I have a Flame BTA, and a RBTA, and when they met, I noticed that the RBTA was beating the Flame BTA up, I was confused? I thought Nems didnt fight! But now that my Flame is growing I'm noticing that half my Flame looks like my RBTA! It's like the RBTA injected some of itself in the Flame and changed it's color!

I'm wondering if this Nem could be worth more now??? Here's a couple pics!

Almost wonder if it morphed color so that the RBTA wouldn't beat it up. Like he was caught out of his set with the wrong colors.

I'm also noticing that the RBTA part of the Flame is more deeper in color, more like a fuego, or inferno!

I will be naming it a " Flaming Fuego BTA" I like it!!!:flame:

I think it will be tough to say what it will look like until after its healed and grown out a little. It looks promising though.

How about the 2 Face Flame Nem.

its not surprising considering the flame BTAs are a RBTA morph....still interesting to see though.....

usually nems react to external stimuli by changing colors...kinda like fish when stressed...the little war with the rbta must have pissed off the flame and it lost its more unique coloring so it looks like a plain rbta now....maybe a sign of bleaching? not sure....my lta tried eating one of my rainbows and it turned bright red and then bleached out and died...now my bristle worms are all over it so i'd watch for that

i have had some flame tips get sick and almost die... when they are growing back their tentacles they look like normal RBTA... seems to me that it will turn back to a flame tip... but... the base turned a different color... that's strange to me...

only time will tell...
