I'd say my slimer and my blueberry stag have lost some color. I'm pretty sure it's from lack of food. What the heck do I feed this tank while my fish are in their spa?

Does that dry powder crap equal wholesome food or do my coral need live phyto since there are 0 fish? Thoughts? Experience?

I would think adding some of what you feed your fish should be ok. Do you still have your clean up crew/other inverts in the tank?

What else. And the dry stuff is good for them or is it just BS? I have reef roids, coral frenzy, whale sperm, jk just mine(same thing), oyster feast, sponge power, salifert aminos.

I'd just throw in some pellets or mysis, or something like that. You can experiment with the dry stuff or the oyster feast. I've never used any of that stuff.

Bigger stuff would definitely keep the CUC happy. Color could be from different positions in the tank? You did just rearrange everything right?

Hasn't it only been like 3 or 4 days? And you were thinking ur corals would be happier without having to run your skimmer, right? Funny how things work out differently than we think sometimes.
I would throw in some pellets every couple of days and I also like Selcon a lot and try and feed a variety of different types of aminos to my tank. You could hit up tangreefkeeper for some of his home grown phyto

Yes sir. Tried my darnedest to place everything in same par range. But ya the balance in the tank has shifted.

@Lindsey, Selcon really. How much would you say to add and how often? Stop hating BTW. So how many weirdos are you gonna have over for the slumber party? Lmao

Idk... u coming? ;)
Yeah Selcon. I like it the most but also use brightwell and seachem. I usually just squirt in a dropper full... maybe 2 or 3 droppers for ur water volume. When I have bleached or browned out corals that I'm trying to get to color up, I do it everyday. Otherwise just whenever I think of it.
And I wasn't hating btw
