What food for coral do you use? Mix ur own, or ready to go frozen??

Just wondering what's the best food to use for corals. I blend my own,

Hikari Brine shrimp 1 Cube
Hikari Mysis Shrimp 1 cube
1 cube of cyclopes
5ML of Reef Nutrition Oyster feast
5ML of Red Sea supplement A + B

What you guys use?

I still have you're original recipe lol. I saved it along with the revisions you had made in case I wanted to make my own. I'll call it wik-ed feast to not steal any copyrights haaaa

I put a piece of wicked feast in a frag cup shake it up and dump it into the tank... Feed fish and coral at same time

I've actually tried this. Blended with mysis to a liquid. Works nice but dirtys up the water fast
