I recently had my wireless bridge go out on my apex. This is the one i was using.

Netgear Wnce2001 Ethernet To Wireless Adapter - Bridge

I want to know others experiences with bridges and which i should purchase. I need my system to be reliable because i am in san diego during the week and i cant monitor it. Any suggestions on a good non-expensive bridge would be much appreciated! Also looking for a camera or two to monitor my tank remotely.

-thanks for the help!

I am also looking for something to strengthen or expand my wireless where the tank is. The router is upstairs and the wifi downstairs sucks! A bridge/wifi range enhancer would be nice!

I use the netgear wnce2001, and it works great. I was looking to upgrade recently, but decided it was just a waste of money.
That is what went out on me, i think it was because of salt exposure. This is what i ended up getting
NETGEAR Powerline 500 1-Port Starter Kit (XAVB5201).

Thanks!

I have some smc powerline adaptor you can have. Theyre brand new. You can either use these as direct link to your apex or use it as a bridge for your router. I run these at my house with 2 routers, since I can't get any coverage in the lvrm. Now I have 2 network, one for front of the house and one for the bedrooms...

I really appreciate your offer. This internet/network stuff really gets me. I think i am going to try out netgear powerline that i posted because i am trying to get a better signal throughout the house as well as hook my apex to the net... I hope it actually increases the signal!

I actually have the same netgear powerline adaptor that you are looking of getting. It's well worth especially if you are going be using for high data transfer(movies, music, etc) tooviner wireless equipment in your home. You should also consider if possible to have everything hard wired via a gigaswitch. Now a day there's some much wireless interference that hardwiring is the sound method. If you change your mind, you know how to contact me..

So the netgear powerline adaptor will actually better my wifi signal in the house? I stream on my computer but the verizon internet connection in the area is Poop! I tried calling them and they said we have the fastest connection available in the area!

It's only going to be as fast your data can provide. With Verizon, if it's not fiber its not not with it. I have 30/3 thru TWC, with bout 3 people streaming wireless at any given time with no issue..
