LOL, i've been wanting pigeons for a couple of months now, and then we saw that show... HAHAHA... it's a joke really... tyson and those newbs can NOT win against seasoned enthusiast like those pros... they've been breeding fast birds for more than 20 years... just training is not going to make a good racer... it's all about line and selective breeding... that's what makes champs...

anyways, we were coming home and my sister called me... i told her that i got me some pigeons, and she was like "omg, next you're gonna want a tattoo on your face and beat people up" LOL... that show was aight, but it was a tyson show...

but i do need a new coop... my old one has chickens in it... LOL...

Hot swapped my 125g rimless with a 150g this week! I'd prefer to do it over the weekend but would rather have a tank sooner.

Transferred everything to about 10 buckets, 2 50 gallon totes, 1 32 gallon brute trash can, disconnected all the wires and plumbing, then reversed the process all on the same night! Don't think I'd ever want to do this again. But couples of New Castles helped get me through.

The new tank is sweet! The rimless is a 30" wide and the only place I can put the tank is in a hall way which is a bit too narrow for a 30", so I went for a 150g (taller) but narrower (24"). Loving it.

oh and they're pretty cheap... i got that dude for ten bucks.. also the tumbler was ten bucks... then went to a buddie's pad, and he sold me a pair of egyptian swifts for ten bucks too... and OMGOMGOMG she just laid an egg right now.. i thought i would have more time to set them up with a nest and stuff... sucks... i'm a horrible parent...




look at the size of the pigeons compared to my chickens... LOL...


pigeons are way bigger than my biggest rooster... that's crazy...




oh, and a friend of mine just got some awesome new fish for his cube tank... check them out... super exotic fish...







that's BGjoe's tank btw...

oh... now i see it... it looks weird on the rocks... i thought it was an acanthophyllia... i've been seeing some crazy colored up acanthophyllia that i've never seen before... but they're like over five bills at some stores... and that's cheap...
