Hi, I have a 22 gallon (23.5" wide x 15" height and 15" front to back) tank. I am considering switching my MH/T5 combo to LED. I am considering Maxspect Razor R420R 120watt 16K or Reefbreeders Value Fixture or Evergrow Dimmable? Which one is better based on your long term not initial experience in terms of durability, color appeal to the eyes, coral growth and color, as well as, shimmer effect? I like the Evergrow Dimmable and ReefBreeder pricing, but does it last? Does it give shimmering effect? The casing does look like high quality. Anyway, your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Happy Holidays!

Sometimes you have to think of purchases for the long term. AI's tend to resell good. A lot of people start off all led then switch.

I would also vote for the hydra since the old school sol blue was good enough, this new model should be beast. I like the color rendering they give off from what I've seen.

Thanks, guys. As much as I like the look and design of AI the best, but I notice the Hydra have a very low PAR plus I really don't want to get expose to true UV light spectrum as I am around the tank often.
