I just got some 1/4" acrylic tube on eBay a few days ago too. It didn't work with my 1/4" push connect bulksheads for diy dosing container. It fit but I can pull it out easily. Its causing problems for my dosing pump cuz I see air in the tube after awhile

Mine worked great with watts/guest connectors. Keep in mind that acrylic is a lot harder than PE. Perhaps roughup the portion that connects to the connector with 200 grit sandpaper.
