It was a hilarious story that Ashley told us about Jeff after all of you guys had left. Can't repeat it or Jeff will cry. lol...

As for the games, we're not talking "Duck, Duck, goose" here..more like "take a shot if you have a fish tank" sorta games. hahahahahahaha

Doing great...slowly but surely coloring up. Funny, I didn't notice until you pointed it out and now every day I look at them and see the change in color from brown to their original color.

you're still running just the MH right? haven't added on the T5 bulbs? i'm kinda curious to see the coloring process based upon bulb type.

wish you were in on the growout comp. mine seems to be growing, but not coloring up that much

Just running the mh. In the past, i ran both mh and t5's but some of my corals started bleaching so i cut down to the single mh and stuff started coloring back up.

Tongan zoos also known as rings of fire. I have a small clutch if you're looking for some.
I'd buy it from you, but I see your location. Gardena is far from where I'm at. I know you're breaking your tank down but are you hitting up MAX this year or passing on that?

Let's see, about 5% of the small stuff is/was brown and the large colonies and frisbee sized chalices are all insanely colored. Yeah, I would say he got a smokin hot deal.

what are those blue centered orange skirt zoas called? very cool
Yeah, rings of fire although in the picture the skirts look more reddish orange and the centers more blue, but in person, the skirts are more brown and the centers more white.

it's more of a white center though, FYI. :)
+1

Forgot about the 37+ head darth mauls and other LE bull shizz. If you have the purple colony please don't kill it. It took me three years to grow that from a frag. It need low light and medium flow. I turned it to fecal matter letting my phosphates get high but it use to look like this
