The 90$(130$ retail) skimmer that is made to go with my tank, i made an exact replica of it. Cost me 12$ in parts at the acrylic store. Plus a pump of coarse. Only difference you can tell is a different shade in color. You could probably built that thing for less then 60$.

its probably not any more then 1k unless there are attachments. and those can be deleted anyways. and once the forum gets big enough for that many members you will be on a VPS that'll come with a 20 or 40GB harddrive and then it wont matter anymore anyways. A lot of shared hosts give you...

i mean its up to you of coarse, but i just don't see people thinking "ohh cool, lets post an extra 200 times so I don't have to press select all delete. I wouldn't think anyone would put any EXTRA effort into it. It might be a nice tiny bonus so its not as annoying, but why not just make it not...

I don't think it will make anyone want to post anymore then they do. I think it would be nicer to just give everyone more space considering how small space they take up in the datebase anyways and make the forum more friendly to everyone.
