Have you read the huge thread on RC about it?

Some people really like it, others experience algae bloom. If you go with it, I believe they recommend to use white table sugar (vs. corn syurp or other fructose). For Amino Acids you could probably use Warner Marine, Salifert or ZEO AAHC.
I've never tried the Pappone, I'm using ZEOvit instead.
