Does anyone's clown do this

My clownfish like sits/lays down on my frag rack. If I go to the tank he will get up and swim around normal. He eats and stuff but eventually goes back to the same place and lays down/sits on the rack. Does anyone else's clown do this. The female isn't doing this. Just the male.

He is just motionless. Also if the lady clown comes over to him he will get up and go swim around with her

He only does this when the lights are on. When the lights go off he will go hang with the female in their sleeping spot. I think he is just taking a break from his nagging lady. Hehe
