Alk at 7 and mag around 1050. Been dosing aquac complete alk and calcium (high dosing) 60ml a day each and rasing the mag each day with 50ml of mag a day

I dose at night and leave the skimmer off until the morning. That skimmer does strip my tank though

No Prob. I'll probably head out there Sunday Morning... Give me a chance to do one last water change and get the fuge up and running.

8.2-8.5 since I have been dosing high its been jumping. I use a lab grade ph meter so its 8.196-8.513 with a automatic tempreture ph adjustment

What is your PH running?
PH, Alk, Ca and MG all interact with each other...

I would get the mag up first, and you will probably see the alk and Ca come up...
a couple good water changes would help as well

yah if ur ph is low and you buffer it, it will raise your alk a good amount

I'm max dosing my mag. Its effecting my corals so I will prob stop and do small doses after I pick up my strawberry. I use real ocean water so it would lower my levels and I just did a 20 gal 7 days ago

Mag directly affects Ca. Your Mag is always you Ca level x 3.
Ex. Ca360+360+360=1080 mag
