Well, one of my LTAs took a tumble and claimed 3 sps and a banana torch. Other than that things are looking good and my biggest CSB split into 3 so there’s 5 of them now.

That sand is look clean and pretty, makes my sand bed looks like a wasteland. Haha.

Lots of eye candy.

Thank you! That’s why I caused 3 bacterial blooms over 2 months. My thinking is that if bacteria covers all surfaces, diatoms, dinos, and algae will have a harder time growing

Cool setup and I need to learn how to take pictures after seeing yours — amazing setup! Keep it up man

Thank you! Honestly, I think it’s the lights. If you look back to when I had the temporary lights the pictures aren’t as good

lol - that looks awesome! Keep ‘em coming. These tanks are like your CSB’s - kept on multiplying!

I’m in a similar boat - the 360g is coming out, making room for the 450g this Sat. The fish room is a huge mess atm.

Btw - I’ve joined your “shallow” club recently. I now have a 60x30x12 nem-dominated shallow tank. And yes, got 2 mangroves and will add more later! :)

I like the way you made your 8020 light kit. I need to do something about mine soon.

Nice! Can’t wait to see the build thread on that.

Nice! Looking good. I like these shallow tanks. So easy to clean and to reach things. My next tank, and hopefully final large tank, will be no more than 20 high.

Indeed — this is my first shallow tank. Being an acrylic tank, coralline algae seems to grow faster for me vs glass. I can easily scrape off the coralline algae w/o breaking my back!

As an extra bonus, top down view looks awesome! lol
