maroons may be one of the most agressive...he may only get along with another maroon...if that

+2 aggressive, I had to move my lg. clown, because the smaller Yellow Maroon was smacking him around!!!

It's really hit or miss. If your tank is big enough you may be able to get away with it. I have a pair of oscellaris and black/white clowns in my tank now and I've noticed some aggression so I will be moving them.
