I figured I'd get a new member tank thread started for what is a build we'll all have had our hand in. So, first things first...
I want to thank every member of SCR that offered moral support, donated, became a supporter, and/or sold items to help me get my reef back on it's feet. This has been an experience I'll never forget and deeply appreciate forever or until I die, whichever comes first. But seriously, the generosity in my direction and the empathy for the situation has been astounding and inspirational. I cannot thank you enough. This has been like a dream I've kept waiting to wake up from...

To Reef Lounge, Chance of Coral and Coral Gazers I owe a great deal for offering their assistance in ways that demonstrate how lucky we are to have them as sponsors. Chance Of Coral helped source a new tank...here's what I know..
48"x24"x24" glass with black silicone
3 sided Starphire
Center Overflow with (1 or 2) 1.5" Overflow Holes and (2) 3/4" returns
I'm still not positive about the stand yet. A few of you have offered and I'll be figuring that out soon. This is all still very preliminary. Without knowing exactly what I'm working with I was wary of committing to anything but after discussing with Chris I felt comfortable enough to order the tank.
No pics since there's really nothing to show. Well, maybe this is an appropriate pic...
