Actually NO! Those pics were under 3x 250watt Radiums on Galaxy ballasts ONLY!!! The only other lights in the canopy are 2x 54watt T5's; 1 Giesemann Actinic (Blue), 1 Giesemann Pure Actinic (Purple) but they werent on for the pics.

I can vouch Jesse. With the ATi's it was too blue, so I couldn't adjust the white balance correctly. Those radiums are pretty amazing... and provide for amazing color.
Those are known as the RUKIS Ultimate INferno Nem. A true RBTA, but has a super green base and then it fades to the Bright Bright Bright orange color that you see at the tips. I can vouch for Rukis as I shot both those pictures.
