Holy Schnitzel!! this is going to be a good build. Use Fishheads Rock, that's what I went with and I love it. It's already colored purple so you don't have to look at ugly rock while the good algea forms. And no pests or phosphate leaching rocks to screw up the tank from the beginning.

Obesity leads to E.D. Maybe a trip to J.C. Instead of the bacon festival in your orange crocs is waaaaayyyyyyy over due.

Jc=Jenny Craig you fat Michelin boy.
My tank would already be up but some people just can't be counted on to do what they say. Crazy, right? Like Scarface said...

So Nick, what's the lowdown on the stand? What kind of stand/color do you have in mind?

I'd also avoid the BRS base rock. You have give them an acid bath to get all the phosphates off the rock. Plus, it'll take forever for coraline to grow, it'll probably smaller pieces, and no cherry picking.

Ya not sure exactly what rocks I'm going with yet. But I guess I need to decide here pretty soon

Ever think of giving cerameco another shot? The formations they had at RAP were way better than their past ones. And I think they only work through a distr. so the service is better for the customer.

We'll see. I wanna get the tank and stand first, and get everything plumbed. Once it's running, I'll decide what I wanna do. I def don't wanna wait months for my rocks like I did last time.

If I get cerameco, it will be a custom build and prolly cost around $1500. So I I don't know if I wanna drop that much dough on rocks
