My tangs graze on algae all day long, why make them lazy and give them nori? Kidding, of course, kinda. I stopped feeding nori a long time ago and the only time they get it is when bits of it are in the LRS I feed twice a day. Herbivores should graze as they do in nature, so having plenty of rock and surfaces that have algae growth on them should suffice. I agree that feeding mysis only is not ideal, but they should have access to a variety of food sources, pellets, flakes, frozen and home grown algae on rocks. I think nori curing or stopping HLLE is a mind story, so I would take that with a grain of salt. I think it's okay to feed some nori a couple times a week, but feeding it daily isn't something I would do, especially if you have other algae growing in your tank.
