think i will do same crushed coral/rubble rock along with the sponge it comes with. Hopefully i dont wipe out the copepod population. Sponge although has very large openings - compared to copepod size. going through fugly faze on my macro tank - hopefully it clears out and looks a tad as good as yours.

Thanks I have the same filter and I put Seachem Matrix, have you tried Sera Wool Filter Floss? funny my Tidal filter does the algae scrubber as well.

Thank you, I will research the sera wool filter floss. I think wat helps so much in this tank is all the macro algae growing wild. It keeps my phosphates and nitrates in check.

I already have an a-hole Springeri damsel that attacks my hand when I get near his corner of the tank.
