This morning I noticed my return pump seal was leaking where the motor drive shaft goes in to the impeller assembly. Well I had a replacement bearing seal. So I got it fixed and hooking it back up to the sump and manifold. As soon as I turned the pump on water starts shooting out of the outlet side. I got it token apart and the threads and seal on the outline r bad. I tried for a few hours to fix it with no success. Currently undone with it. I might see if I can fix it tomorrow. But I'll be honest. I think it's time I take a break. I kind of got my self into a lot of bills and really can't afford to keep the tank running properly. With my sons doctor bills pilling up I haven't had the money to buy carbon or gfo in months. And I've been getting nasty algae blooms. And I've all ways said if I can't afford it then I can't keep it.

Ok. I see there's a few pm' sill start responding in the morning. Still need to talk it over with the wife. I told her last week I was thinking about selling the tank and she flipped out. I'll go in order of pm's

But fyi the tank is chads (coral gazers) old shop tank. It has a few moons on the bottom corners and there are a lot of scratches .

Thanks for the offer James but I got my self in the mess. Plus I've already had a few buddies offer me a return pump.
