i always put egg crate on the bottom and then cover it with sand, once covered with sand you don't see it. and it protects the bottom glass panel from rocks falling

Kept as in many different tanks Nothing happened except growth;) There are different ways of cooling tanks than just chillers I have used fans, house a/c etc even with halides Just different ways of success

I've kept sick *** sps tanks for over 10 years with no chillers I agree stability promotes success
