In the last 2 days the base of my huge sinularia colony has started rotting and turning blackish. Pieces are dropping everywhere. It's completely folding over, yet it's still fully open. Any ideas? Water parameters are good, just checked a couple days ago, nothing's changed so I have no idea...

So my male Mandarin and Shrimp Goby have been best friends for the last couple years. The Goby passed away this morning and my Mandarin looks lost. I can't decide if I should try getting him a female, or leave him solo. I highly doubt there would be a second bond with another Goby. Any thoughts?
