yesterday i set up my jbj 5watt uv light my cpr skimmer seem to be tripping out! it is letting out micro bubbles and not skiming at all do anyone know what to do? i did clean it out afterware but it is the same

i just got a jbj 5watt uv light today and ever since i set it up my cpr skimmer is letting out micro bubbles and my question is this cause of the uv is new and needs breaking in? if that is the case than why is my skimmer letting mirco bubbles out?
