Apex and reef Brite help

I asked this over on the Neptune forum but it’s kinda dead over there:

I have 2 Reef Brite XHO XR30 add-on with dual channel LED control interfaces running on the VDM module but only one unit will follow dimming commands and it’s on the V1/V2 outputs. The other unit on V3/V4 won’t dim. Any help on what I’m doing wrong? I used the wizard to program them.

Make sure your programming is identical for both. To double check the cable(s) and outputs, I would flip the cable on one end and make sure the other light is working.

checked programming and it look's good. Swapped the cables between the 2 lights and when I did that the light that would not dim did, but of course now the other light won't follow the command.

I also swapped to the 0-10v port on the main Apex unit and it still did not work. Starting to think that I have a bad dual channel LED interface.

Also notice that the interfaces are differing sizes but when purchased had the same item number on BRS. Gonna contact them tomorrow and see what’s up.
