Crab

So a while ago I found some small crabs on a few of my sps pieces I bought. Instead of killing them I tossed a few in the refugium. Was just doing a little cleaning and saw something moving in the refugium. Thought it was a fish at first since I have 2 down there but saw this guy instead. Thinking he is a gorilla crab or something similar. He has red eyes and hairy. Gonna toss him. He has been down there at least 4 months. Started out the size of a dime now he is easily 1.5".

Why not leave him in the sump to eat all the uneaten junk? He's literally part of CUC.
He's been doing great anyway.

He will be missing arms and legs if he goes through the return. Always good to dip Sps with a good crab killer. If it doesn't kill acro or another crabs it won't kill redbugs or aefw.

I second what one eyed willy said. Leave him in the sump he's not doing any harm but instead a service down there.

He's in the sump in a plastic bowl right now. I did find a few of the other smaller crab shells in there so I'm pretty sure he ate those. Wasn't dipping my corals for a while but no pests so far so I guess I'm lucky. I guess ill prob let him out. Hopefully he doesn't get too big and start trying to eat my fish down there. If I see any marks on the fish he's definitely coming out.

Just a clown goby because it was eating my sps polyps and a strawberry pseudo because my gf thought the goby was lonely and wanted to pick out a friend for him. Haha

Well they are in the refugium. Its pretty big space for them. About 14"x30". 10" deep
