No. But actually that wasn't even the same CBB. That CBB I had for for like 2 years and I'd say the last 6 months I had him he started picking at the clams.
Ok, did you have a live clam at the same time or after you were feeding a CBB clams?

CBB still doing great and putting on weight.

As well as the rest of the sharks

Had an alk spike and a few corals got base receding. Had to chop up the GC blue stag but all other colonies did fine. Most of the receding was on the monti colonies.

My Tank Build
So I got an itch under my skin when people on Facebook were talking smack about how my tank doesn't have a canopy and how my light rack is pretty ghetto fab.
Well I made doors that I'm happy with

just need to add the trimmings and stain. Plus I framed the canopy.

Stained everything

Now I'm just waiting for it to dry.

My Tank Build
Ok so I finally tested my no3 and po4 last night to see if where everything is at. A few months ago when my tank was getting over ran by the red turf algae my no4 was undetectable and po4 was somewhere I between 0.36 and 0.64 with the Red Sea test kit. Well after that test I installed an algae turf scrubber. Let's just say the ATS is kicking some but in my system. It completely starved the chaeto in my fuge so know I only have a tennis ball size amount left. For the last week my skimmers have been completely turned off. The RTA is starting to go away. My no3 is still undetectable but the big deal is my po4 is at 0.02. I even did the test twice to make sure I didn't mess up the first time. .02 I couldn't believe it. This would make sense why my sps have started to look like crap. I'm going to have to start dowsing nitrates just to feed my corals.

Interesting

Haha just kidding. I recently just started doing this. I'll make a thread in a month or 2 to make sure my tank doesn't crash.

Hey Eric, i seen you making the canopy. have you ever thought of just going up to the ceiling and just make the hole tank like a wall divider with some access doors. i think it would looks way sicker. Just find the roof studs and do some cross brasing and make it like a hanging canopy but attached to the ceiling
