So I worked on my eurobrace all day. First cut, I asked my wife to help me hold something. Needless to say that didn't turn out well so I had to eurobrace from the inside diameter. After cutting out the center I over cut 1 corner by 1/16th of and inch. I tried trimming it down and kept trimming since my clamps and flush bit decided to fail on separate occasions. Now if left with no eurobrace and not enough acrylic to try again. Still weighing my options

How bad is the bow? Is it the entire panel top to bottom?
My 110 bows in the middle even with a full top. Kind of annoying while cleaning but that's acrylic for you

The bow isn't bad at all but it bows. I feel comfortable using it but I don't like bowing so I'll have to order more acrylic. Anyone wanna go in on 1/2 sheet? :)

Continuing on. Got some more acrylic and cut out the eurobrace. uploadfromtaptalk1411590630237.jpg only thing left to do is smoothen out the top and put the eurobrace on along with gluing on the external overflow box and I'm done with the tank

Tank is DONE! uploadfromtaptalk1411604629743.jpg back view with the external overflow. It will be painted black once the 3 day leak test passes uploadfromtaptalk1411604675438.jpg front view. I rounded off the edges and top. Tank feels very sturdy and I'm pretty happy about the outcome.
Up next will be my sump. I'm planning a 30x18x18. I'm not sure what layout I want yet but I have plenty of black 1/4" acrylic to work with
