Hello socali reefers, I've been looking for a good forum to participate in and I thought this would be perfect. I live in the OC, have been in to FW tanks for a long time but set up my first marine tank this year. I have a nano 20L that is going to slowly become a reef tank. Hoping to find some good information on here, and hopefully pick up some coral from my fellow socal reefers!

Since you just started your tank I'd suggest starting a thread in the Members Tank forum. The thread can be a great historical reference for what/when you've done/added to the tank. I really wish I had done that before setting up my tank. Now I struggle to remember when I got what and how long something was happening etc. etc.

arty:Yeah I've always done the same thing with my FW tanks. I've been taking notes almost daily in a notepad since I set this tank up to track changes and have been taking some pics along the way (although I just have my iphone as my camera). think I will be creating that thread this weekend and maybe others will see things that I'm not seeing. again, thanks for the warm welcome! :happy:
