so today i was taking some kenya trees off of a rock and i tried to be careful because my candy pistol shrimp and high fin stripped goby lives under there. I moved it a little and instantly was worried that they were crushed! so i waited and they still hadnt come out...so i moved the rock and there was my pair just sitting in their borrow. As i was trying to put the rock back down, they scattered...the shrimp went back in but the goby rushed to the back of the tank and is now in a different hole....

i just want to know if the goby will go back to it's original hole like the shrimp!? Should i just like somehow trap the goby and make it go back under that same rock or let them bE!? they were such a great pair!!

You can't play God in your tank. They will return to doing whatever it is they want. If you're worried about stiff like that, you're gonna have a heart attack soon. Relax let the tank do it's thing.

What is your regular maintenance a week on your tank? You should be doing the same thing every week or bimonthly so that your tank finds its groove.

How many crashes and disaster tank threads must I pull up or point out? Including guys who are "leaders" in this hobby.

Lots of guys try and I say that with a grain of cheap salt, try to play God and fail and fail and fail.

I know of a particular guy who can't grow acros right to save his life. Probably been in the hobby 4 years.

Totally agree Esteban. Just the irony struck me at the moment...

To the OP: leave them be IMO. They're symbiotic because, together, they have a better shot at survival. They know that and will go back to their ways soon enough. I would expect. And at least now you have another reason to stare at the tank endlessly.
