Got a question. We are currently looking for a house. Obviously unsure as to when we are going to move but it'll be this year. One way or another im going to have to drain my tank for the move.

With that being said I may be uograding to a slightly larger tank. Im looking at doing a 72x30x18 but with an external overflow.

That being said, I have a certain amount im willing to spend to upgrade. How much would I expect to see my tank, 55g sump, stand and return sell for?

I think it'll depend on how urgently you need to get rid of it. If you break it down with time you'll have a better chance of getting the cash that's fair. Either way I'd assume a huge hit compared to what you've put into it.

Last FTS before I slowly start adding corals. Here is what lives in the box:

1 foxface
Purple tang
Yellow tang
Chromi pair
Longnose hawkfish
Redheaded solon wrasse
2 leopard wrasses
1 potters wrasse
1 Vanatu exquisite wrasse
1 radiant wrasse
Yellow coris wrasse
Red coris wrasse

Awaiting: flame wrasse pair thats being QTd and trained by SexyCorals

CUC:
3 turbo snails
8 blue striped hermits (these guys are amazing. They wreaked havoc on all the algae)

After I finish enrolling and paying my first BSN class, ill begin adding some corals. Ill be sticking with nems, LPS and softies for now.
